Trade Stands
Trade stand space is available on the main floor of the venue where the alpaca judging show ring is situated. We regret no bookings for a trade stand can be accepted for the promotion of alpaca breeders or their stud farms.
The provisional drawing of the venue is indicated but the Futurity reserves the right to amend this in the light of any changes necessary.
Trade stands are constructed from a standardised shell scheme 3m wide by 3m deep. Prices include one 6ft fluorescent light and a fascia panel printed with your company or trade name is included in the booking price. Stand walls are covered with a light grey fabric suitable for direct fixing of Velcro style fastening.
Price per 3m × 3m stand will be £250 plus VAT to include one 6ft fluorescent light.
Stand size can be increased in frontage by 1m multiples up to a maximum of 5m total frontage per booking.
Price per additional 1m frontage will be £65 plus VAT.
Price per additional 6ft fluorescent light will be £55 plus VAT. (Recommended for 5m frontage.)
Electrical 13amp supply to each stand is available as a chargeable extra provided by the venue’s contractors and must be booked at the same time as the stand space. Price £98 plus VAT.

Alpaca Fibre Arts Village
A new feature for the Futurity is a Fibre Arts Village where fibre artists, whether alpaca breeders or not, can take a low cost table for the two days to display and sell their product. The ‘village’ will encourage hand spinners, weavers, knitters and crochet makers to come and practise their art in public. There will be plenty of tables and chairs and a knitting table stocked with yarns, needles and patterns where anyone can come and have a go.
Fibre artists’ stands will offer low cost communal space within a shell scheme dedicated area.
One trestle table (approx 2m × 0.7m) and rear wall suitable for velco or hanging display per exhibitor.
Price per table will be £50 plus VAT.
Electricity supply is available as a chargeable extra provided by the venue’s contractors and must be booked at the same time as the stand space.
