Sponsorship Opportunities

The success of the Futurity is heavily dependent on the kind generosity of its sponsors. The British Alpaca Futurity invites breeders or those offering alpaca associated services or equipment to support the premier alpaca event of the year through the various sponsorship opportunities. Now in its fourth year, the Futurity attracts the majority of alpaca owners from the UK as well as mainland Europe and other First World alpaca countries and is the only opportunity in the year to be represented at such a targeted event. The Futurity is a non profit organisation and is focused primarily on promoting British breeding with developing alpaca ownership and related services.

As the premier alpaca event of the year, the British Alpaca Futurity is able to offer its sponsors:

Sponsorship will be accepted on a strict date of receipt basis, with preference given to British based farms or businesses. A booking form is contained within the forms section of this website.

One only available at £1,500 + VAT

Events in the show ring will be captured on camera and continuously displayed on large screen.

Colour Champion Photograph and Engraved Frame Sponsor

Champion winners will receive a silver plated engraved frame and photograph taken by Doug Herrmann

Futurity Champions, Small Breeder Award and Junior Herd Sire Awards receive the Perpetual Cups and Dartington Glass commemorative trophy

Either: An appropriate provider and installer of plants for the important task of providing suitable dressing of the reception area and show ring.

Photography, Art and Craft Competition Sponsor

One only available at £500 + VAT

4. Invitation to work with the judge, Jean Field
5. Name printed as sponsor on Best Award rosettes

Breeder’s Promotional Pens

£250 + VAT (Exhibitors only)

Non exhibitor and public access will be restricted within the penning area to the Silver Sponsors and those purchasing these Breeder’s Promotional Pens.
Rewards:

1. Guarantee that non exhibitor attendees and the public will be able to visit your stand
2. Have your marketing display material on view
3. Have a separate area to speak to potential clients and friends but next to your alpacas
4. Increase the visibility of your farm
5. 2.5m × 2.5m carpeted space adjacent to your penning. Max height restriction for display to be 2.5m

Available space is likely to be limited so early application is recommended for those wishing to take this opportunity. An application form is available within the forms section of this website.

All breeders will also be able to leave their farm promotional material free of charge within the specially designated area for alpaca breeder’s information situated on the main floor outside the penning area.

Breeder’s Farm or Trade Banners

£50 + VAT

Space is available to hang PVC or semi rigid banners from the roof of the main hall. These will be hung and positioned by Stoneleigh Park contractors to maximise viewing.
Rewards:

1. Be seen to support the Futurity
2. Have your farm or company name on display
3. A low cost way to promote your brand or name even if you are not entering alpacas into classes

Banners will need to be made available in advance of the event and will be hung by the venue contractors. Owners will not be allowed to hang their own banners or have them hung once the Futurity opens on 27th February. Positioning of such banners will be determined by the Futurity group and no guarantee is given or implied that they will be positioned in accordance with a breeder’s penning space, if appropriate.

Please note that banners will need to be lodged with the Futurity on or before Wednesday 24th February.

Prize Draw Sponsor

£350 + VAT

An essential and entertaining part of the Celebration Dinner held on Saturday evening.
Rewards:

Ticket prices will represent excellent value and the prizes on offer will be interesting and valuable. Be seen to support the Futurity event, have some fun and win some great prizes. A full list of prizes and their donors will be available on the website and in the main Futurity catalogue.

Prize Draw Donations

The Futurity are looking for donations of suitable and interesting prizes in return for your name being associated with each prize in the print media and at the time of the draw.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1 Gold and Silver sponsor promotional stand include rear and side panels as supplied by Denbe Exhibition services. One electrical 13A power socket is included. Lighting and other fittings required will be at additional cost. 2 All packages that include advertising in the Futurity catalogue are made on the basis of camera ready artwork to specifications required by BAF catalogue designer and being supplied in a timely manner. Any costs associated with producing sponsors’ advertising to camera ready status will be billed at cost. 3 In the event of any dispute or conflict, the decision of the Alpaca Futurity group shall be final and no negotiations or discussions shall be entered into.
